269. TEN MILE LAKE LODGE Water access Lodge remotely located just north
of Elliot Lake. The Lodge is situated on Ten Mile Lake within a short portage
away from Dunlop Lake. We are mid way within two canoe routes, the Dunlop
– Mace Lake route and the Flack Lake – Ten Mile Mile route. Ten Mile Lake
is renown for its lake trout fishing. The lake is crystal clear surrounded by
spectacular rock cliffs and scenic lakeside. Boat transportation to and from
the lodge is available with a truck in the portage to carry gear. We have four
housekeeping cabins, 2 charming cottages and 2 rustic log cabins. Two
shower rooms with hot water on demand on site. We offer fishing packages
that includes transportation, cabin with a boat and motor. (Choice of a pontoon
boat or 14 ft aluminum with 9 HP motor) Many adjencent lakes known for
brook trout, splake or lake trout are easily accessible and boats are available
