RICHARDS LANDING
The Township of St. Joseph, which includes Richards
Landing, was incorporated in 1876. Richards Landing is
the largest settlement on the Island and provides a wide
range of recreational, cultural, health, entertainment,
business and financial services to the Island community.
You’ll find unique shops and eateries in Richards
Landing, historic sites of interest, as well as many
exciting events and festivals during the summer and
fall months, such as annual art shows, music festivals,
the maple syrup festival and the “Just Passin’ Through”
concert series, to name a few.
The Richards Landing Municipal Marina is a full-service
marina with showers and laundry, pump-out, free internet
service for boaters and exceptional waterfront dining, all
within steps of the downtown business area. The view of
the Bridge and St. Joseph Channel is not to be missed.
