settlements in Canada, the discovery of copper and the

the Simpson Mine Shaft, or take a self-guided historical

discovered painting location of Tom Thomson’s View
Over a Lake: Shore With Houses (1912). Rolling acres
of farmland supply the Farmers’ Market and kiosks with
local produce, maple syrup, honey, alpaca products and
agri-tours.
